1. These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop nostangia.ch.

2. The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email.

3. All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF). No value added tax is shown, as we are not subject to VAT.

4. We are not liable for damage caused by improper handling of the delivered products.

5. All sales are final. Because each item is unique, exchanges are not possible.

6. The delivery time is usually 2-5 working days from receipt of payment. Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process. Please note that customs duties may apply for international shipping, which you as the customer are responsible for paying.
